and Industry (FPCCI), has apprised that the apex trade body stands firmly with the State of

Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi (ACPKHI) to Karachi Press Club (KPC); under FPCCI's
Central Standing Committee on Liaison with Government Agencies and its Convener Ms.
Mariam Saba Chaudhry.

The Peace Walk was graced by top business and social leaders of Karachi; including, Mr. Saquib
Fayyaz Magoon, SVP FPCCI; Mr. Khalid Tawab, former SVP FPCCI; Mr. Hanif Gohar, former
SVP FPCCI; Mr. Shakil Dhingra, Ms. Saeeda Bano, Mr. Shabbir Mansha, Mr. Ikram Rajput,
former VPs FPCCI; Mr. Ahmed Chinoy of the Cloth Merchants Association; Dr. Farhan Essa;

Speaking on the occasion, leaders of the business community stated that Pakistan today stands at
a defining moment. National security must now be matched with economic strength through
serious reforms, policy continuity, ease of doing business, investor protection, and a more
welcoming environment for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

They emphasized that justice and the rule of law are equally essential. Businesses and foreign
investors need confidence that contracts, property rights, and disputes will be protected through a
credible, timely, and predictable legal system.

The leaders further stated that if Pakistan plays its cards right, it can emerge as a strong regional
economic power. However, if this opportunity is missed, the consequences will be felt for years
to come.

Peace, stability, justice, and economic reform must now move together for a stronger, self-reliant,
and prosperous Pakistan.

The walk concluded with a renewed commitment and positive assurances from all stakeholders
towards achieving these national objectives.
